Rebounding post show. What way do you do it?

Was having a talk with a few people today about post show rebounds. I’ve always been the type of guy who drops down to 500mg of test prop and just ride it out for 4 more weeks or until progress slows. From the show I raise carbs pretty Fast and i go right back to calorie maintenance and slowly increase calories. Others drop down and cruise or come off and use food to grow or take time off.

Which way do you do it? What has benefited you the most?
 
Just don't go crazy with food, keep some cardio and slowly increase calories. Imagine that you have another show in few weeks.
 
If I ended prep on let's say 2000 kcal I'd increase it by 500 initially and each week I would add 100 kcals until I reach my normal maintenance which is around 3800 kcals. I would be running 175 mg of test a week during that time. After 8 weeks of doing that I would bump the dose up and start gaining from there. Fat gain will be minimal, and health will get back to normal, then you can start gaining without any rebound bloat.

Rebounding makes me look good initially, but after I come off and lose all the bloat there's not much left.
 
after a while, your body will dictate how you do it
you can have a great plan, but the chemistry i just that, the digestion is just that, the way you feel, is what its going to be.
if you do it enough times, you wont have much of a choice, and have to listen to what messages your body sends
if you ignore those signals, messages, which many do, it prob wont be too long before you arent rebounding anymore because, shows are done
