Hey guys about to start my new cycle, Have been out of gym for last 5 weeks due to broken hand, have been trying too eat clean and keep my protein up so i can keeep my muscle, but after next week iam bak! some of u may have been following my last cycle a few months ago here.. **broken link removed** ... Which turned out to be a failure due to Bunk Test.. I put on a little bit of Muscle mass from the 4 weeks Dbol/PCT but along with that came extra fat (around 18%) due to the calories i was eating.. Since then i have been trying my hardest to cut Naturally back down to 10-12% but so far have got down to about 15-16% and have decided to do a recomp cycle insted of cutting for 2 months then bulking and having to cut again!!
My Current Stats at the moment are
Age - 23
Years training - 4-5
Height - 6"2
Weight 102kg (225lb)
BF - 16%
The cycle i will be doing is a 16 week cycle Here is a look at the cycle
wk 1-16 test e 600mg
wk 1-16 eq 600mg
wk 1-4 dbol 40mg/day
wk 8-12 dbol 40mg/day
wk 1-4 0.25mg - 0.5mg Armidex (depending on bloat)
wk 8-12 0.25mg - 0.5mg Armidex (depending on bloat)
wk 18-22 PCT Nolva 40/40/20/20
Cutting when the dbol is absent, bulk while the dbol is present.
The Aim of my Cycle is too put on Lean mass, But while also stripping body fat, hence the b/c/b/c. My Goals are 15lb of lean muscle on and around 5-10lb of bodyfat off, trying to get lean as possible for summer (Which is in 3 months here in australia)
For the Bulking part of the diet ill keep it as clean as possible and try keep the cals around 4500 and do no cardio what so ever.
For the cutting ill drop the cals down to around 2500-3000 cals with 40min cardio 5 days a week, if the cutting is not going quick enough i may even throw some clen in the Mix to help speed it up a bit.
At the moment my training plan looks like this and seems to be working for me:-
Day 1- Back/Bis
Day 2 - Legs/Tris
Day 3 - rest
Day 4 - Shoulders / Bi's
Day 5 - Chest / Tris
Day 6 - rest
Day 7 - Back to day 1 back/Bis
And so on...
IF U BELEIVE I COULD CHANGE ANYTHING IN THIS PLAN TO BETTER ME OR HELP ME OUT, PLEASE DONT HESITATE TO TELL ME, IAM TRYING TO MAKE THE MOST POSSIBLE OUT OF THIS CYCLE AND ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED!
