Recomp: GH or Tren?

Which do you guys think has a more powerful “recomp” effect on your physique? And what dosage?

No saying “both” because I know someone will 😂

For me, high dose tren probably. But I don’t run that anymore due to the sides.

Don’t „recomp” it’s never work well - mix cut and grow phases if you want progress
when I recomp specifically with tren, it’s more of an attempted bulk that ends with the scale not changing much but my body comp shifting.
 
Unless you are really fat and/or overweight and untrained, recomp is super inefficient. Waste of time if goal is fat loss and muscle accrual and I don't care how many drugs you throw at it.

Anyway "powerful" tren for sure. Ease of use and sustainability, hgh. Both can be used at once by the way (even better) and hgh over a much longer period.
 
HGH personally. Lots of benefits without the drama.
8 weeks in with minimal diet tweaks and composition is very noticeable even at 4iu.
Low dose Trestolone acetate with moderate test also.

My thoughts exactly. That's an effective trio. Unfortunately I don't tolerate the mental side effects with Tren anymore so I'd have to go with Test and HGH in this situation personally .

This. I lose the tren look when I stop tren.
 
You can only recomp if you already have the muscle and need to lose bodyfat . If you just need to lose fat I’d say diet/ cardio and maybe some hgh but burning bodyfat without it isn’t to difficult if you eat correctly.

Iv found that eq and primo together or on their own at decent doses give me a look like tren does, vascular and grainy but i can actually gain weight on them and they don’t make me look flat like tren does to me and im not swimming in my bed every night either, no death heartburn and tren crushes my appetite as well.

-Strictly speaking about the look-, EQ can give me close results if I'm patient, already lean and use enough of it.
