I am 42 and Ive been training MMA about for about 4yrs now along with my weight training which ive been doing about 20yrs .Anyway because of my work sch. ,Ive been doing my lifting 4days wk for about hour and MMA afterwards for about an hour and a half .Well about the first of May I had done chest and I hit the MMA room and started doing some grappling .I shot on a guy for a double leg and felt my bicep pop as i was picking him up.I ended up tearing the outer head of the bi from the top.Went to the doc he said i prob wouldnt need the surgery i could just leave it and it would reattach itself where it was at.Well I didnt do back or bi's for a month or so and only did light upper body.I laid off the jujitsu and grappling and started back kick boxing mid june.I had just done chest one night and decide to spar for some cardio.I spared with 3 guys and on the 3rd i threw a loopy left hook and tore my other bi, this time from the bottom so i had it reattached june 26 and havent done upper body since .Not being able to do anything but leg presses is driving me freakin nuts.Any way im doing 300mgdeca and 200mgTest a week just to keep from losing all my size.Any susgestions to help speed up recovery?
