Recovery Humerus fracture

Hey guys ,

I wanted to say I love this site & can tell I will make (hopefully) alot of friends on here.

Last year I fractured my right humerus arm wrestling.

I was hitting PRs prior to that in the best shape of my life & I ruined it because of peer pressure. In the end it was my decision.

Had to have surgery put a plate and 13 screws in.

They had to cut my right tricep to reach the fracture.

So I did crazy physical therapy , got full ROM back can't straighten it out 100% but 99.0% I would say. Happy about that . PT took about 4 months.

Since then I was OK'd to lift weights boy was I happy.

Well here I am guys struggling to stay motivated.

My arm hurts on certain exercises my intensity isn't as good as it used to be.

It's not like a hurt I can just get over it hurts to where I can't hold the weight and feels like it might snap.

Iono I just wanted to rant & tell my story .

I am not going to give up & know millions of people have it worse.

I just wish I could turn back time and not arm wrestle.

Well can't go back.. hopefully your wiser, smarter,more experienced now than you were before.. everyday is a success, how much of one depends on you... all of our stumbles,slips,falls,mistakes,f'up's are part of our education to b used in the future by us and/or hopefully shared with others...you already have a story/experience to share with others... who knows you may really help someone out one day
