Red Welt and Lump at Site of HCG Injection

Did a search; couldn't find anything. Injected .250 HCG with 31 slin two days ago. Site is red - about the size of two quarters; beneath skin feel lump.

First injection was somewhat similar, but less red and smaller lump. Should I be worried.
