ya grapefruit juice is the best because it is suppossed to help with absorbtion of orals.

Here is how I do it and don't taste anything. Put the liquid in a syringe and take off the needle. Wait until protein drink time. Drink a bit to coat your mouth. Put the syringe as far back in your throat as you can without gagging. Squirt it all and then pound the rest of the shake. This method bypasses the tongue and therefore no taste.
