I've been reading through a lot of Tb-500 post and heard nothing but good results. I been dealing with extreme tennis elbow pain lately to the point of skipping all upper body exercises completely. Took two weeks off and pain is just as bad. I tried arm bands, pain relievers and stretches with little to very little success. It really sucks not being able to train even with light weights. I'm going to have to give this stuff a try. Can anybody tell me how long it takes to notice an improvement with the TB-500? Does the pain return when discontinuing the research?
