just a question ,i was wondering how much rest is needed while on gear? i split train 5 days a week with about 2 hrs of cardio for now spread out through the week.i'm 39 .and taking 300mg of primo and 400mg of deca a week but starting to feel sluggish .strength is great,but my endurance is low.i used to be able to train more and still feel energized on gear but the last few days ive been draggen my ass .any suggestions ???
