Here is the revised version. Better? Diet and Cycle

Stats-37 years old, 20+ years of training 5'11, 212, app 18 %. Goal- harding and strength

Diet

Meal 1 8 am
8 oz tuna, 2 oz of other lean protein source, 1 cup oats three tablespoons of honey (should I drop the honey)

Meal 2 10 am
-two scoops of protein powder in water
-one cup of oats

Meal 3 1 pm
8 oz of Turkey two slices of wheat bread
veggie
Diet coke 12 oz
(every other day large carb meal here with 500 mg of Glucophage-see cycle below)

Meal 4 4 pm
6 oz can of tuna
One cup of oats
two tomatoes

Pre workout protein shake one scoop

*** Workout*****

Post workout-One protein shake and one banana with honey

Meal 5 7 p.m

med sweet pot.
12 oz can chicken
Green veggies (2 cups)
Diet Coke 12 oz

Meal 6
6 oz of tuna or 8 egg whites
cucumber

30 min of walking

AAS
Week 1 to 13: 10mg Nolvadex Every Day (I need the Nol. to check my esg)
Week 1 to 9: 0.25 arimidex Every Other Day
Week 1 to 8: 3000-5000ius of HCG every 4th week or 500 every third day
Week 1 to 8: 50mg of Prop Every Day
Week 1 to 8: 50mg of winny Every Day
Week 1 to 10: 50mg of proviron Every Day
Week 1 to 10: 500mg of Glucophage after one high carb meal every other day

Diet looks pretty good - forget drugs. You can do a LOT more with just training and diet given your stats.
