rH-IGF reconstitution vs. LR3

Are these peptides reconstituted the same way? I've used LR3 in the past and used acetic acid, but now i've heard people say 10mM HCL should be used. Anyone have any info on this? Also, what concentration AA is it? .6% or .06%? Anyone have any sources for the correct AA or HCL they can pm me? Also, need sterile water.
