I would have sent this to your mail box but its full. Hey man I think I saw you at the gym today. I have been meaning to introduce myself to you and Hutch but I never get the chance. It looked like you were training a client so I didnt want to interupt. I was wearing a red cap and a LG sciences shirt (around 10am). Next time I will have to say hello.

What's up Brotha! Hey sorry about my PM box being full. Didn't even realize it. I just walked in the door from working. I remember an LG shirt catching my attention, but I'm usually so focused on my clients that I tend to become oblivious to everything else around me. Just come up and hollar next time. My clients are all accustomed to that. Not to mention that I carry an awesome clientelle of down to earth people. I am blessed in that department. At ten, I must have been training one of my Superheavies. That boy's a monster. I look forword to meeting you and have for quite some time. Hutch is on the money about get'n together sometime to train. Although my business schedule has been soooo crazy lately that my own workouts have varied on times that I'm able to squeez em in. I have finally set some time aside for myself though to train at 8am mon-fri. Talk soon!

That guy you were training was huge man.....I was there this morning training legs at 8am as a matter of fact but just got too into the workout and didnt realize it was 930 when I was done. Ill make an effort for sure next time
