I think he is 9 week out right now..Here is a shot of our leg day last week...only took a few pics and this is the only one that turned good

What up Goo? Long time. The plan was to take a good length of time off to grow, but I had run into a problem that I'd normally kill for. I grew too fast. My goal is to stay as a middle for another year, hit the national level there and then move up. I hit 218 at my highest(sure a good bit of H2O) and then decided to come back down before it was too late. Have gone very strict on the diet. Two weeks later and I'm currently at 201 today at 8-9%. Already seeing glute striations. Legs are probably 3 weeks out, front to back, side to side. Upper is 6 weeks out. I have 8 weeks to go. I hope that I don't regret saying this later, but this time around seems to be much easier than the last. Not easy but easier.

Diet and cardio regiment

Current diet
Sun. - Wed.
All the protien that I want, but as low in fats and carbs as I can. Usually under 50g of both.
Start fat loading on Thur. morning through Fri. at 12pm. I rotate weekly with different types of fats.
Start carb loading Fri. morning while continuing fat load until 12pm. Then just carbs and protien through Sat. at 12pm.
From Sat. 12pm on, back to straight protein.

I normally run fairly low on carbs as it is, so this diet is not as extreme to me as it is to most.

Cardio is at 45min. per day this week - STAIRMASTER

Who wears short shorts? I guess when you're as big as that dude in the back you need to see how massive your muscles are and really make that mind/muscle connection. :eek:

LOL. Oh shit that killed me. I'm still bustin up. I din't even realize that dude. Thats funny cause he kept asking Hutch to spot him. He sure looked like he was maxing it out there. lol... Nice f'ing shorts homo. Don't you just love the guy in the gym that wears those short as runnin short with their furbees hangin out. Ok, I think that I just threw up in my mouth a bit...

So Saturday noon throught Wed night is nothing but protein?

When you fat load are you talking more like whole eggs and steaks?

Interesting idea...I knew you did this for you last show if I recall, I was just to stupid to understand..lol.

lol. Yeah I did run this the last time around. I've found that most bb screw up by changing things around the last week. Why run a diet the relatively the same for 10 weeks or longer to go and deplete and load the final week. So, I just mimmic the final week all the way through out the diet. The obvious problem is that by wed. I'm so backed up that I need to phone Roto Router. I take seperate digestive enzymes that seem to be keeping me regular. I know you didn't want to here about my poo, but this is my journal and that has been the only major set back with this diet but now cured.
the first time that I ran this program was really about learning how my body reacts to the different variables in carb and fat loading. For fats I tried flax oil, egg yoke, almonds, avacado, olive oil, nat. peanut butter, nat. almond butter, salmon and steak. I found almond butter to be my choice. I ran the same type of diet with the carbs. I found simple rice cakes to start and sugars to finish work the best for me. Everyone reacts differently.

When that guy went up to 2 plates I thought he was gonna squish himself...Then he went up to 3 and I almost jumped on did them for him...

Funny thing, when i used to manage that club i saw him getting the digits from some girl one time! LOL

as for the dude on the hack machine....when i first saw that pic, it actually looks like he has reg. shorts on but rollled them up to see his massive quads while he did hacks! LOL! that dudes' sweet.
