yeah russ is a natural guy if i remember right. did he retire or something? i just saw him 2-3 years ago at a local show guest posing, he was pretty damn good from what i remember.

Yesh Russ is a great guy! I've known him for years. He supposedly has never taken any gear. Who know's? All I know is he eats and trains perfect. He also knows his stuff when it comes to putting a good show. He has not retired, he still trains and looks good!!

Yea he is natural which is funny with Patsy Lanzillo being his cousin..Russ used to train at Patsy gym,which was very hardcore.Russ just helped a guy from Albany who competed at 05 Ironman(Jermey Freemans..cuse show)
