Does anyone know why when I get a "Registered Rx" from my doc, he charges me $2 for each Rx? I know that these Rx's are for controlled substances, but why the extra charge?
Is it your Dr or the pharmacist charging you $2 ..? anytime you get charged by your Dr it is a way of gettign more money...i used to get pissed but when i talked to a buddy who is a Dr he said that NY kills them on insurence and liabilty charges that they have to pay soo much money to the state ...When we get charged $85 a visit they have to pay employes, equiptment ,rental space or morgage ,heating ,lighting and liability insurence, unemployment and on and on and on ...he said that he gets about
$25 per person when he gets done paying all his bills...
$40 to the state
$15 rent,heat lights ect...
$10 staff
NYS kills buisness faster then any other state because of our debt caused by NEW YORK CITY and its corruption and high levels...the god damn politicians vote them selves a pay raise of 30 % every 3 years in "midnight session"..so when a senetor is making $55,000 a year and votes him or herself a 30% raise..that is a $16,500 a year raise do that after a 12 year stay and it can add up to $120,835 a year...and they retire on full pay with full state benefits..fucking crooks get us at every turn..we better get smart in thsi country or they will take over...they are suppose to work for us we work for them now..
No, the charge is from the doc. My doc that used to treat my HRT charged me $2 for each Test Rx he wrote and my psych doc charges me $2 for my anti-anxiety medication which is controlled too. I asked my old HRT doc once why he charged $2 and he said that the state charges him per each controlled Rx he wrote. I can't see how or why the state would trach those charges...
