Anyone prepare this at home? How do i do it? Can i buy the fish from the supermarket(seafood section fresh)or should i get it from a seafood store? I guess it would be just as fresh from A&P,NO? THANKS
You need to find a specialty market that sells sashimi grade fish(it will be marked as such). You may also want to check the korean/asian markets. We have one out here called Lee Lee that sells everything.
