Scammed, Need help from NJ bro...

Hey guys, I got scammed on EBay for $175.00, I know it aint alot, but it pisses the fuck out of me... The guy who scammed me did the same thing to a few other bros and they were able to get his verified home info... If anyone will go and say "HI" to this piece of shit for me, I will give them a nice gift of free test for their trouble... Mod A50 knows me, he will verify I will do as promised...

Also, he went by the Alias Jose A. Sosa and used PO box 953 on 1000 River Road in Teaneck, NJ, which is a PO box at a college there called Fairleigh Dickinson University, so you might be able to find him or a buddy using it, the person who signed for the payment i sent him signed the name "Joel Garca" or "Garga", t was scribbled so it was hard to read...

If you can get my money back, great... If not I dont really care, I just want him to get a "NICE" visit.........

Did you pay with a postal m.o.? I believe its a felony if you did because its a federal agency. They are some worthless fucks,too, but they might be able to help. See what the post office can do. Mail fraud is actionable. RyRoid is in Jersey if you can find him. He was going to help me out but I lost an address and he couldn't swing by to talk reasonably to the man.

Set your emotions a side for a few minutes and make sure that the right guy gets the visit and some dude mowing his lawn with his 3 kids playing in the backyard with the family dog...loosing money does suck and if totalled the money i lost in 2002 it makes me sick...almost $20,000....sometimes the heat we can create ,can come back to burn us.... be careful bro.....

BTW if you do get ripped off on Ebay you can try calling the police in that town. It has worked for me 2 different auction where the people just didn't send the item.

In one case the cop called the guy, in the other he went to their house. Within a couple hours I got an email with a tracking number

The third time it was a big city and the cop said that they were too busy and it was a civil matter. I had paid through Pay Pal and got my money back. My suggestion ONLY pay through Pay Pal and use a credit card do NOT pay directly from your Pay Pal account or from your bank account.

ebay sucks, the 'feedback' system is supposed to protect you from being scammed, but people sign on, sell a bunch of cheap crap at the same price they paid for it (ok now you can trust them-they have ++feedback), then they sell a bunch of expensive stuff and scam everyone, then they get banned, then they move and change credt card-open new account, then they do it again..
