I agree with this I find that if I'm having an issue pinning in a muscle I will take it out of the rotation for a few weeks and let it rest and it always seems to heal and feel better when I do this. I also wont pin the same muscle more then once a week
The only area that develops what I perceive to be scar tissue for myself is the rear delts.
I've taken them out of rotation this cycle and things seem to be improving. I massage any "afflicted" area with shea butter and this method has worked well.
