i am 6'2 and 240lbs with about 6% bodyfat. i am just finishing my first cycle wich i must say went very well. before i started the cycle i weighed 208lbs. my cycle consisted of 0.5ml of test 450 every 5 days for 9 weeks with 1ml of deca for only weeks 4-8 becouse it arrived a bit late. i was unable to aquire any nolvadex or clomid so i chose to gradualy taper off of the t450 with smaller doses taward the end. for my second cycle i am wondering if i should stick with the t450 or go with another test. i've never taken any other kinds of test but the t450 was great. i gained a lot of muscle (32lbs.) but it doesn't look puffy and my muscles are much harder, two things i didn't think would be the same with the other tests. it does not apear to be all water weight and i am actually more cut than before too. i love the 450 but if the other tests are better especially for high quality mass then let me know. also i am wondering if i should take the 450 every 3 days like sustanon. i would like to replace the deca with something else maybe equipois just to see wich one works better for me. i am more interested in quality gains. i eat 6-8 times a day with each meal consisting of four eggs, 1/2 to 1lb. of chicken or beef, two pieces of wheat toast, 1/4 cup of cheese, a peice of fruit, and 12oz. of milk with 1 serving of optimum nutrition pro complex. i drink gallons of water a day wich probably helps the fact that i did not use any nolva. hopefuly my next cycle will look something like this. 1-10 T-450 1/2cc EOD 1-10 Equipoise 400mg per week 1-12 Nolvadex 10mg daily 1-6 D-bol 25mg daily HCG 500IU every 4th day 13 40mg Nolvadex +100mg Clomid daily 14 30mg Nolvadex + 50mg Clomid daily 15 20mg Nolvadex + 50mg Clomid daily any suggestions or criticism toward this cycle would be greatly appreciated.

Why not just up the test to .6ml every 5 days - that's a 20% increase!

I would have the nolva on hand during cycle and use it only if your nipples get sensitive or start retaining water.
