I've heard of fat loading but never really saw anyone doing this? results/thoughts?
thx
2-once a week you are going to fat load, that day you only eat red meat, whole eggs, about 4 tbls of olive oil with 4 tbls of coconut oil and nuts and salads, not fruits or carbs that day, just protein and fats, so eat butter, almond, peanut, regular butter plus again eggs and red meat all day.
No canola or any of the other bs. If you can add Alpha omega 3 about 9(i do make money on this) but they are the best
3-4 days later you are going to consume about 90%of all your carbohydrates after a workout, and you are going to consume a lot, about 200, and that day eat lean protein sources with low fat, so no loading on oils just the normal fat and dont eat more than 1 gram per pound of protein.
4-Why- you want to teach your body how to use fats, carbs for fuel and not the proteins, that is why you varied the diet, and although it takes more than a few days, actually about 14 you will do even better
