"Hope it works"
Biggerstronger...if you noticed my comment, "hope it works" was in quotes because I was being sarcastic. Obviously, one should research anything before simply throwing it in.
My point to this whole theory of eating a bunch of junk right before a contest is that it is too risky because you can easily lose you're conditioning. Pretty scary thing to see happen right before you're eyes after all the hard work. I believe that there are other ways to achieve fullness and vascularity without risking you're conditioning by eating a bunch of junk food sugars, fat, etc. Just my opinion from own experience. I respect you're opinion.
