I've been running cycles for awhile but so far this one just doesn't seem to be doing jack. I am cutting right now, and my diet has been good. I am maintaining a calorie deficit with 2,000 clean calories, 200g protein, and a macro breakdown of 40% protein, 30% carbs and 30% healthy fats (No carbs after 2PM to keep insulin quiet). Also start off every morning with fasted morning cardio for 45 mins. I feel like all my stuff is dialed in, but I have been on Prop and Var @ 400/week and 50/day respectively, and have not felt or seen a thing yet. Today is day 25 so I am starting to wonder. I am 6'1, 205lbs and 10% BF at the moment. I would say my BF hasn't changed since I started the cycle. The gear looks legit, and I got it from a board sponsor (First time trying this sponsor). My question is, when should I worry about the gear? How long should I go without feeling something before I should just swap the gear for another brand? Thanks
