Should one aspirate when using pMGF/IGF?

Should one aspirate when using peptites? I've read before, that if you're using water based products, well IGF is reconstituted in AA, then you don't have to.

What is the consensus? I guess if one shoots pMGF subq, then it's not not an issue. IGF will go intramascular with a slin pin, so is it needed here?

Edit: I bought some 3/10" long needles 50IU syringes. Are they ok? I know 1/2" needle si better. Will 3/10" suffice?

I personally would aspirate with every injection unless your intention is IV

They are 1/2 inch. 3/10 is reffering to 3/10 of a CC in the syringe. Oh and BTW, even if you are doing IV you have to aspirate to make sure you are in a vein.

Zuke, they also had the 3/10 CC or 30IU syringes. I guess these are might still be more accurate.

I bought the 50IU syringes and I'd swear that the needle was shorter that 1/2". Will double check tonight.

You HAVE to aspirate an IV, to make sure you are IN the vein!

Ok, checked the size of the needles on my 50IU syringes and they are 5/16". So, a bit shorter than the recommended 1/2 or 8/16" lenght. Are these still ok for subq HCG and pMGF administration? I would think they should be ok for subq?

What about IM for IGF? I guess depends on the body part, how thick the skin or how much fat there is. Here, I guess, it would be safer to go with 1/2"?
