Dear pm friends
I've recently dislocated my shoulder and am unable to train (let alone lift up my arm).
Will get an MRI soon.
After result, doc will decide best course of action. He talked about possible surgery seeing how I make a living from sports.
Awaiting results I've been wondering what would be best to speed up recovery and keep muscle loss to a minimum. This might be the ideal time to take it easy and lengthen my cruise, and chill out a little bit... or maybe I should add some stuff to prevent catabolism? Maybe some peptides?
My dad, a former competitor, tells me I should "forget about" the sport for a couple of months and recover fully (mentally recharge too), but competitor friends tell me I should keep training legs and blast the cardio..
I'm not sure. Ive never been injured before.
What would you guys do?
