Shoulder Killin ME!!

I stepped it up in the gym the last couple of weeks. It seems like my shoulders are killing me and its deep like it might be my rotator cuff. Is there anything that can help prevent it besides lowering the weight im using? Ex. excersises?

Broomstick stretch

Dante's broomstick shoulder stretch (A lot of videos available demonstrating it; this is only one; never tried the variation.) Had problems with one shoulder for years - tried chiropractors, prolo therapy, physical therapy - nothing worked very well or at all. One and a half weeks doing the broomstick stretch, all the pain was gone. I've continued with it and the pain has not come back. Work up to 50 reps.

I guess this gives me the opportunity to publicly thank Dante for publicizing it. Wonder why the physical therapist I had at one time didn't know it.

Don't know if it will work in your case or if something more serious is wrong.

This cured my shoulder pain!! I noticed a difference with in days!! Go through the movements slow!!

start conservative with that stretch!

its an awesome stretch helped my shoulder mobility TONS

also what might help is analyzing whether you have imbalances...a lot of people are stronger with pressing than pulling...in that case it can really help to strengthen rear delts with exercise like facepulls.

asides from what has already been mentioned, try to locate a chiropractor in your area that does Graston Technique, and get that done on both shoulders. It will help immensely.

if you are on cycle then adding 200mg of nandrolone helps tremendously. The only supplement I ever found to make joints feel better.
