can anyone provide me with their experience doing two shows close together? Mine are 2 weeks apart, and I just don't know what to expect, depleting twice , etc.

HAAHAHA, yes I have done this plenty of times. All you do is what you did the first time. Just repaet the process. But after your first show go out and have what we call the cheat meal. The next morning get right back on your contest diet. Follow the same routine as your first. As for depleteing, I am in two minds about this anymore, I say just get into your absolute best condition and cut water the night before the show. Do not worry about depleteing and loading. You will see exactly what I mean after your first show. You get on stage do your thing, looking good, feeling like crap, waiting for it all to end. When it is done you plough into anything that isn't nailed down. You finally go home and get some sleep. Wake up the next morning and on your way to take that first morning piss you stop in front of the mirror and scare yourself, you will look freaky, veiny, and full! So I am going to do this in reverse next time. I will not deplete per se, I will just go out the night before, eat what I feel like/want, go to bed but restricting water intake to a minimum and get on stage show day looking like the day after the show but on the day. Trial and error my friend, it all comes down to experience and finding what works for your body!
