Shredded Quads

What are some of your favorite exercises to really bring out the tear drop, and separate each section of quad? I realize diet is a big part of it, but what about training? I've recommended close stance squats, leg extensions, and lunges. Opinions?

For me, what works best is:
Heavy Hacks squats, Sissy squats, walking lunges and heavy extensions.

Front squats/ Duck squats, also heavy+reps=results for me.

Mine really started to "peak" when I lost my liscence and had to peddle a bike to work

Anything where you have placed your feet 'toes out' will hit the VMA. (vastus medialis), and HEAVY.
