how can u inject the biceps and aspirate with only one hand??

hold it like you are stabbing the syring into it and use your thumb to asperate....

Or if you have a strong pointer finger you could hold it between your thumb, middle, and ring finger. Then use your index finger to pull the plunger. I also like to use my pinky finger to steady the syringe while doing this. I'll have to try the thumb idea though. Thanks GERM!
