Possible steroid usage? Dude, all the nfl players use steroids. My friend's personal trainer used to play for the chicago bears for awhile. He was basically told by the trainers to take drol w/o any breaks. In the end, he retired because of his knees and also because he was pissing blood from the drol. Also, guys like larry allen do not bench 7 1/2 plates on each side naturally.
The diuretics are used to mask steroids. Why in the hell else would a pro football player be taking a diuretic. They probably got some bad info on how to beat the system and got caught with their pants down.

Some of the guys have weight clauses in their contracts. I heard that Ed Hartwell does at aleast. He sure doesn't have the "look" of a steriod user - not that that means he doesn't.
On the ATL radio talk shows they said he would be fined a certain amount per LB he was overweight according to his contract. It's all hearsay though...
I heard on the news today that one of the guys is suing a supplement company for its label not showing the banned diuritics that he tested positive for. I wonder who the supplement company is?
