you gotta sip it after.. AFTER you get your pump going at the gym... so, get a pump, then start SIPPING it... dont chug it...
i tried a 1/2 dose for the first days.. then a full dose..
i have found that a PLAIN liquid shake makes me shit more... i have found that a whole food shake is better.. oats, milk, pb, extra carb powder, and a casein and whey protein....
seems to help....
