Skin....scars, marks...etc

Welll....after running accutane after getting bad acne from an aas cycle i am left with lots of scars, weird marks ec on my skin!

Is there anything i can do to help sort all these marks out etc?

As its disgusting to look at...or will this just go in time?

Hard to really tell as there is so any different skin types. Go see a dermatologist if it really bothers you.
