I definitely feel my inablity to get a full nights sleep is hurting my gains.
About 25% of the time I get a good nights sleep and feel rested. The other 75% of the time I go to bed the same time, fall asleep in the same amount of time but wake up 2 hours earlier than the alarm is going to go off.
So even when I take something like antihistimine it 'runs out' and I still wake up early and feel like shit the rest of the day.
Then I can not get back to sleep and feel tired and worn out as hell. I used to use renewtrient, when it was still legal, to get back to sleep and felt great.
Any suggestions what to take to stay awake all night or maybe something to take when I wake up too early?
