It's painless but I still think it takes too long to push through.
It may take longer but I think the benefit is greater than the inconvenience of it taking longer to push the oil through the slin pin

second EVERY time I pin I need to pin at least 3ml of oil so a slin pin is worthless to me.
Seriously??... every time 3cc's??.... how often do you pin?...actually from what you're viewing you could EASILY do that via slin....just pin ED... more stable bloods as well.....just my .02
Pinned for the first time with slin pins, unbelievable, shoulder and bicep, can't believe I have never used them unfill now
