Ok guys..i know this is a big NO NO for most of you, but i would like to have some info from guys who have tried it PREWORKOUT before.
Just to let you know i have done slin before many times PWO at 2,5,10 and up to 20ui's and understand how important nutrtion is regarding simple carb intake and not consuming fat during this time period.The thing is though i did not get the results i was looking for(diet was top notch and using AAS) and now i want to try something different hoping i will make better gains this time.I will be carrying at all times sugar pills just in case.
This is what i was thinking on doing and will be using the 10 grams of carbs per 1ui rule:
Have at least one solid meal before training with a minimum of 100 grams of complexe carbs and protein in it .Then depending on how many meals i have,the one i eat before my workout will be 2 hours prior to my training.Then 10- 15 mins before my workout i will inject (IM) 10ui's of slin HUMALOG and drink down 25 grams of carbs immediatly and then train 10- 15 mins later and sip during at 60 min training time frame 75 carbs(dextrose and maltodextrin) and 50 grams of protein.Does this sound ok???????
Now when i get home after my training im not too sure what to do.All i know is that my SECOND spike that humalog has to offer will be at its peak and i was wondering if a hi GI meal like pasta and lean chicken would be a better choice than drinking another PWO shake.Remember that im trying to keep fat gains completlety out and i was just wondering what would be best here.I dont think i would be in a catabolic state considering all the carbs i was consuming during my workout....
So please no flaming me and would love to hear from expierienced users.Thanks!
