Hey guys, newbie here. Been reading, and reading....and reading. So now I need some advice.

Partial Rotator Cuff Tear. Looking to speed up recovery, help fully heal to avoid surgery. I read IGF-1 is good at healing the muscle. What is the best to stack with that? Since the Rotator cuff is a number of muscles/ligaments, I am reading GHRP and GH is also good? But much of the info spread out is cryptic. Any direction on this one? Post or links or testimonial?

Hate to say it, but partial tears are usually the tendons tearing away or fraying from the attachment site. There is no "healing". At best you can strengthen the remainder and with great caution prevent further damage.

Its not. Had the Athrogram MRI, its in the middle and its an underthickness partial tear. Its not off the bone. Doctor(Very good by reputation) thinks with PT it will heal in 12 weeks. At week 4 1/2 with small progress everyday. Even the PT says im coming along well. But obviously since I am still active is athletics, I need to make sure I do everything for it to heal properly which I am other then the extras found here..

Also it was an acute injury from a dislocated shoulder. Nothing else was injured, no slap, no bankart lesion, so prognosis is positive.

So what do you think. IGF? GHRP? I saw the pole, and it looks like HGH, IGF, and DECA/others are the winners. But there is SO much information out there to decide from.

Glad to hear that your prognosis is good.
Do some looking into MGF. It acts on the IGF receptor, but elicits a greater response. Both MGF and IGF-1 would need to be administered into the site of the injury. Systemic elevations would be possible with PEG-MGF (for MGF) or a combination of GH, Slin & Test (for IGF) and not need local administrations.

I used to be a professional soccer player, now since retired but still play 3-5 days a week in some of the higher leagues. No overhead sports anymore, so my result is getting back to fitness to run, not to throw or shoot. Currently running is not possible yet as motion is limited by pain, but its close.

Ultimately I would like to get it strong enough to not worry about further dislocations, as well as heal the muscle properly without surgery. I have been spending about 2 hours at the gym daily, 30 minutes eliptical at 160BMP. So everything is in place, I feel that with an extra boost, its going to help me recover faster and stronger.

Ill look into that. Thanks. I did some reading on MGF before. I was aware of the on site injections, not a problem.
