There's not a lot to go on as far as tips and such, especially since I cannot see where he started from and what hes currently doing.
For 23 I would say he has a ton of potential.

Two cycles???
Of what, may I ask?
Well my advice is simple for now, learn as much as you can about diet and try to carry less bodyfat in the off season.
He should try dieting for a simple competition at some point soon so he can start learning the ins and outs and refine what he has while making new leaner gains.
Pro card? Well, its early to say, I suppose anything is possible. But he should concentrate on the ground right in front of him not miles away.
He should concentrate on education, career, investments and family. Bodybuilding is a nice hobby and should be a part of a healthy lifestyle. After 2 cycles I don't see pro in his future.
He has done bacholrs in mechanical engineering
Starting his own gym in few days
Yes healthy life style is our first concern
but dream is a dream
One must be realistic about their dreams. Throwing away the next several years of his life pursuing the unobtainable will lead to frustration and regret. I'm not trying to be a dick but I'm not going to blow sunshine up his kilt either. After 2 cycles he is a very soft 192. Dieted down to stage condition right now he is looking at no more than 165. Realistically to be a pro he needs to be 100lbs more than that in contest condition to place in the top 15.
Thank you for respone sir
Sorry he is 202 actually, my bad
and I know even 202 is too low
But he is gaining and will gain more
And I am realistic (or trying to be)
In India bodybuilding is very different
The money spent on gear is much less(most you can spend is 500$)
In India contest are very different and I think even he can't be a big fish in ocean he can be big fish in small pond.
He is opening his own gym and at his best more people will be attracted towards gym
This is my thinking, I guess I don't sound rude, If so my apolozies
You are not rude, no apology needed. Let him pursue his dream but be there for him to see that it does not consume him.
