here's min'em showing off as usual ... only a few people understand this guy... some thing he's a show off because he has a huge ego, but i actually know the guy has a great sense of humor and only does it to have someone make fun of him and start a conversation


this is another great guy (ali) who loves to just chat

and here's bu fahad... he's in his late 40's and as funny as hell... if we have time, we'd probably spend 45 mins to an hour making fun of min'em after a workout

never done anything special for forearms... hell, I don't even train them most of the time .... I guess when you're saudi and the only way you can have sex is to get married or go to bahrain and sleep with a hooker, you'd get big forearms over the years

hehe... i wish you knew... it's called corruption... this is the company gym. the company hires contractors to provide equipment and trainers for the gym (usually, the CEOs of the contracting companies are former company GMs and VPs) they cut a deal without looking at the paperwork because they know they'll get a cut of the action. all that equipment is life fitness and hammer strength (the really crappy hammer strength that no one wants, not the good kind) one treadmill like that would cost the company around $20K... i don't think those treadmills cost that much ... they make it look sparkly and "great" so no one complains... there are only a handful of bodybuilders here, so they don't give a damn about what we want... the smith machines are the worst i've ever seen... anyway... who am i to complain??? it's for fucking free! LOL!
and it's a 5 minute drive from home

My "bulker" doesn't look like it's gonna last long... maybe 5 more weeks... i'm getting some terrible back aches all the time, my stomach is bloated, and my pants are starting to get tight... so, yeah, probably gonna start dieting around january or so...
