Worked up a bit last night.
*135x5, 225x5, 315x3 (briefs), 405x no where near the box (suit bottoms), 495x still way off the box, 585xdumped it as I completely folded over to hit the box, 585x sat back better but still 2" off the box
*GH supered with weighted situps 5 sets
*Grip work, more abs, band pulldowns
Here is my problem, I am having a really hard time getting down with anything. I thought the box would help but holding my arch and not folding over I was still a few inches off the box with straps down and 585. Not sure what to do here. I am thinking maybe I should try another suit. This suit is a bigger canvas than my old one but shit just doesn't feel right anymore.
Suggestions???
