I've done IM in the quads and ass for about 3yrs using a 1in- 1 1/2in 22g. With that being said, I've been thinking about trying to spot shots in my Bi's. My questions is what gauge and length should I use? Also, how do I go about locating the best spot on my Bi to inject? I was going to try a 1/2in 25g with 1cc in each arm? Am I in the ballpark or should I shot less, more? Also, does the soreness effect your performance in the gym?
