Yes. Some people are more flexible than others and people have different limb lengths. This affects stance width, depth, angle of pronation in the lower leg, grip width, bar placement, etc. The general motion of squatting is pretty much the same, but these details affect how your squat looks. The take home message is to stretch your muscles, tendons, ligaments so that you can go as deep as possible (depth being an individual thing).
