Everyones different
But I tried it and messed around with the doses, tried a bunch, tried a little, took it for about two weeks ed. did nothing at all. You really don't know till you try, everyone's different.

I like St John's Wort. It makes me feel 'good'.
I used to be a huge fan of the old NeuroGain from EAS. Especially the taste!
I might suggest it to the Syntherol people to make that... hmmm, yep, I will

Big A, do you use the St Johns during or after a cycle? I hear alot of people use it after, not during, because it helps you with the possible depression. I dont think most guys get depressed while ON!

I have a very stressful life, so I use it whenever I feel like I need it, which sometimes it's quite often

The only time that I know of NOT to use St. John's Wart is when you have a nueorological problem ie: seizures (epilepsy) or other nuerological disorders other than depression. Check with your doc first if you do. I for one can't take it; due to epilepsy.

St. Johnny's
Does anyone know if St. Johns will mess with your sex drive??? I know that just about any anti-depression drug has "sexual side effects". Anyone know if SJW does also???

I defiently got severe mood swings while I was on. I would plummet into some serious depression quickly, I tried St. John's wort. Worked o.k. but still wasnt happy, talked to my doc and he gave me some wellbuterin, worked very well, no noticable sexuall sides at all, besides the usually "been on for too long" things. I really didnt like the idea of being on anti-D's though so I dont use them anymore, I felt like maybe it was a false sense of reality. If you are prone to serious mood swings though, maybe just use wellbuterin while your on, just so your tolerable. Seriously though I been off now for around 4 months and have really never felt better. I wont touch gear again for a VERY, long time, if at all again. hope it helps
