Pretty expensive and IF the ingredients are (valerian root, milk thistle, zinc, and something stupid like glutamine than in my opinion its bogus)

yah its called wait out the detection time. other then that there is non.

Your right...the best way is to keep an eye on detertion times of the AAS your using and watching the dates your being tested.
