yes guys this is my favorite board period the only reason i was looking outside of our board sponsors is casue I dont know how 2 mix the solution 2 use the igf ive read posts on it and im like duh what if i can just get easy instructions on how 2 mix it im ready 2 order 4 bottles asap from chem one i need the complete idiot guide 2 mixing igf thx guys every one on this board is great source and very helpful its helped me alot thats for sure.. also guys can women take igf?? thx
