Still trying to put on size!

I've never posted pics and I'm far from being considered a bodybuilder but since I enjoy seeing what the other members look like it's only fair that I post something. I am 31 yrs. 6'1.5", 251 lbs. I own a nutrition store among other things and try to workout (@ home) when possible... I have a wife and 3 boys and I prefer DC training most of the time.

Very good physique with lots of size. THats impressive for training hard 5days per week in a gym, if your only training at home thats very impressive.

What more size do you want bro, you already look good. One thing I would like to add is that you may want to consider, cutting down on bf and leaning out that way your hard work will show off even better and the size issue wouldnt even matter!

I appreciate that.. bodybuilding/lifting can be very frustrating at times and its definitely a marathon and not a sprint. Anyone worth anything will agree food is your best supplement for real growth.

Goals?

Be all that I can be! ....Wait a minute I was already in the Army..LOL
Honestly I just like getting in there and forgetting about everything else and turning the music up (Pantera, Hatebreed) and grinding it out. Lifting is the fun part ... not getting fatter while still growing is the real work. DC workouts dont last long but the food is infinite. I like the fact that as I age I'm slowly getting better instead of worse as is most of society.

its never to late in life to add musclesize to your frame. although, you should allow for some bodyfat do obtain this goal. fat and muscle come hand and hand. i am doing the same thing now in my late thirties, and its coming along great. i am the biggest i have ever been. the scale never lies. if you are truly as strict and dedicated as you are, and i believe you are, as i am, then losing the extra bodyfat down the road will be no problem. plus its so much fun when you truly bulk. dont be afraid!!
