Been training for awhile, consistant and hard but obviously not in the right areas. I am 44 and have been going to gym every other day and been trying to get in aerobics at end of workouts of my target hrtrate of 115 BPM for 25-5 mins. I eat clean every 3 hours. On a test/deca cycle. Using supps and taking CLA/lypolize; making small gains but not losing the stubburn mid section fat.
