Been training for awhile, consistant and hard but obviously not in the right areas. I am 44 and have been going to gym every other day and been trying to get in aerobics at end of workouts of my target hrtrate of 115 BPM for 25-5 mins. I eat clean every 3 hours. On a test/deca cycle. Using supps and taking CLA/lypolize; making small gains but not losing the stubburn mid section fat.
 
You say you "eat clean" but what do you eat. A layout of your diet would be helpful. I can say with almost 100% certainty that your "clean" diet probably needs to be adjusted a bit.
 
Current Diet

Morn- 12 oz of Isolyze in water a cup of Oatmeal w/dash of cinnamin(preworkout)

Post work out 12 oz protein with two tbl spoons of Peanut butter - organic

Hour later a 4-6 oz of protein, usually meatballs, chkn (types of meats only) with a cup of veggies, two tbl spoons of Organic Peanut butter.

same thing every three hours for remainder of day -on one of those I'll squeeze in a cup of organic frozen fruit.

No carbs usually only the oatmeal in prework out- I will have one cheater day a week, but don't usually take one. last night I had spagetti with a piece of bread. Other than that the carbs are few and far between. I dont eat sugars or drink hard liquor other than an occassional glass of wine 2-3 times a week.
 
Everyone is different, but all I could say is the stomach is the toughest area for most, and it takes a great diet and lots of cardio. You may have to step up your cardio, or tinker with your diet. Probably both.
 
Your nutrition plan seems pretty solid...how long have you been on this diet, and has there been a steady loss of bodyfat from other areas? For me, my lower abdomen holds onto fat until the bitter end and losing it requires a ton of work and consistency. Also, there has been evidence that adding yohimbine hcl to your supplements can help burn the lower body fat due to it's effect on the alpha-2 receptors in that specific adipose tissue.

run IGF for one month EOD or ED injections (25-40ug per injection). Fast from 10pm-10am. Do fasted cardio 9am. Then eat 10am breakfast. Adjust for your schedule (for work or whatever).

The fat melts off in like 2 weeks doing this!

IGF huh? I have to look into that!

I have trouble burning the fat off my mid too. I can grow like a weed but can't get that low in the BF range. when I up'd the cardio past an hour and add days, I just feel flat. Maybe that's normal when I diet hard but I don't like it.

I'm going to bulk up this winter (lean bulk) and try dieting hard in march! Money is a factor to since I don't know how long I'm going to have work!
 
powerwalking burns fat like nothing else...try to fit it pre workout or post workout...i walk at a brisk to and from the gym 30-40 minutes every day it helps a lot and gets me more ripped than the cardio machines...alex
 
what do most of yall do when cutting on yalls diet like hit right at your bmr , or a hundred or 2 hundred less or more of your bmr
 
adipose tissue is the hard to break down because fat cells never go away they mearly change in size when you cut fat, so i recommend lipo suction lol the complete removel of the cell itself haha
 
I really don't like your diet, but that is me. I don't believe in cheat meals, when you are trying to get lean. Why reward yourself, you haven't accomplished your goals. I don't care how clean you eat, you will have to go below your BMR to drop weight. To accomplish that, you need to do 1 or 2 things. Bump up your cardio or drop your calories.
