Student seeks advise for 3rd Cycle

I sincerely apologize for the lack of posting activity, but for about 4 months I've done nothing but search and read and absorb as much information as possible.

After 5 months of AAS down-time and getting my diet and workout to what I think is dialed-in (based significantly on the recommendations, help and advice given on this board), I'm ready to start my 3rd and what I hope to be my best cycle yet.

I'm 32, 6'2", 215 and lean. I consider myself to be relatively strong (Bench 335, Squat 455), but not as big as I want to be. (Recent Photo is attached.) More than anything, I consider myself a student and have found your input and advice for others extremely beneficial. Hopefully, you won't object to giving me some advice on mine.

My proposed cycle is attached. All gear in hand. All from a board sponsor.

Workout is straight from Big A's post here... http://www.professionalmuscle.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1158. I plan to continue using it throughout the duration of my cycle.

Goal OVER TIME (not with this cycle alone) is to get stronger and ultimately pack on about 40 pounds of muscle. I'd consider it mission accomplished to be at a lean 250.

Please provide and comments, critique, recommendations, or request for additional info. Thanks in advance for your help on this thread and especially for all the help you've given me so far (through the help of others). I've gained a world of knowledge in the past 4 months from reading and putting it into practice. The results have been noticable.

Looks pretty well planned to me and very simple which I like. I would make two small changes...Either run the test a week longer or run the deca a week shorter (since you will be waiting for deca to clear you might as well have test in your sysem too). The other thing would be I would start pct 3 weeks after last shot of deca not 4.
 
looks good to me as well.

just the same changes as the Enanthenator..

you look like you will gain well on this. especially at your age, and looks like you have a good base..

just keep your diet fairly clean....

dont want any extra BF before summer!!! :)

Question to both of you in the no "BF before summer" category... While on the "Hit" workout (3 days a week), is it recommended to add in an hour of cardio in the morning before breakfast on 3 of my off days???... Or is this not beneficial while cycling?

You have a VERY well planned out cycle. Goodwork. As for critiques. Your legs are very strong (455 squat) but they are by far your weakest bodypart. You have a VERY nice physique. Are you sure you are going all the way...ass to the floor??:D
 
You noticed that eh Zuke?? Truth be told, I have some bad back problems from old sports injuries (spodololythesis, 2 dehydrated disks and arthritis). It's flat out painful to squat. I can go ass to floor with 405, but can't go past 90 degrees above that weight. It flat-out hurts too much. I have to move to the hack or leg press. Something that supports my back. Even on the leg press, I can only get to 16 plates x 8, then I just feel like I'm going to hurt something.

What I do now is probably more than I should with the hand I've been dealt, but you'll never hear me complain and it's much more important to slowly improve rather that sit on the sidelines and be a victim.

The good news is that it's a drastic improvement from where I was two years ago. It used to be painful to put up 215. But yes, your right, my legs are well behind in their development. Don't even get me started on my calves. Calf raise 495 x 8 on the smith last Friday. They're skinny as hell but starting to show some improvement.

I'd like to hear from some other's with the same issues and learn how they are dealing with or overcame them.

Additionally, is it normal to lift that weight and still have underdeveloped legs like mine?? Am I just one of the genetically challenged?
 
On the calf press, drop the weight. Go for a stretch. I only use 140lbs and it BURNS. Start flat then pump ALL the way up and hold for 3 sec, then SLOWLY drop ALL the way down and hold at the bottom (heels almost on the floor) for another 3-5 sec. Then pump right up to the top hard and flex it for 3-5 secs again....repeat..

TRY THAT. Growing calfs for me is all about the FULL RANGE of motion and stretch.
 
Cardio is always an excellent addition on and off cycling. I feel so much better when I do cardio. I see no reason to skip it.

And thanks again ENAN! I'll stick with the hour 3x a week then. I enjoy it as well.

Am I right in that the Arimidex should control the bloating and not so much the cardio?? It's never been a problem for me, but this is my first time on Deca, so I guess I'm just curious as to what differences I'll see with the addition of it. First two cycles were on Test only (300mg x 10, then 500mg x 10).

First day was Monday so we're off to the races. I'll try to post some pictures on a weekly basis to let you know how it's progressing.
