I sincerely apologize for the lack of posting activity, but for about 4 months I've done nothing but search and read and absorb as much information as possible.
After 5 months of AAS down-time and getting my diet and workout to what I think is dialed-in (based significantly on the recommendations, help and advice given on this board), I'm ready to start my 3rd and what I hope to be my best cycle yet.
I'm 32, 6'2", 215 and lean. I consider myself to be relatively strong (Bench 335, Squat 455), but not as big as I want to be. (Recent Photo is attached.) More than anything, I consider myself a student and have found your input and advice for others extremely beneficial. Hopefully, you won't object to giving me some advice on mine.
My proposed cycle is attached. All gear in hand. All from a board sponsor.
Workout is straight from Big A's post here... http://www.professionalmuscle.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1158. I plan to continue using it throughout the duration of my cycle.
Goal OVER TIME (not with this cycle alone) is to get stronger and ultimately pack on about 40 pounds of muscle. I'd consider it mission accomplished to be at a lean 250.
Please provide and comments, critique, recommendations, or request for additional info. Thanks in advance for your help on this thread and especially for all the help you've given me so far (through the help of others). I've gained a world of knowledge in the past 4 months from reading and putting it into practice. The results have been noticable.
