sublingual b12 5000mcgs

guys i found these sublingual b12 tabs at 5000mcgs each, are those any good, i have no room left to run another im injectable, 5000mcgs is a pretty hefty dose of b12, but not in the injectable form, sublingual so they dissolve under your tongue ,compare it to say 1000mcgs injectable b12, what do you guys think, running mainly for appetite and energy
