hey needed some help, i have been bodybuilding for years never competed yet so its an aspect i dont know much about. i am naturally lean always, but i was hoping to suck some water out of my body for a modeling photo shoot i was just called into i want to look as lean as possible for it, its in a couple days. is there like a good herbal diuretic i can use or anything i can only get over the counter right now cause its in a couple days, or any tricks to appear leaner thanx that would be great.
 
if its in a few days...

you dont want to make any drastic changes....

look in the photo section, i just did a 10 day transformation..

if you have that much time, i can point you in the right direction...

a little water depletion, and some sodium loading and depleting did the trick for me..

then a SHITLOAD meal that nite before, and then a shitload meal that morning...

you can do it, but this close would be a bad idea to try.. you should always test run these types of things to see how your body reacts...

Taraxatone is a good natural alternative to diuretic but you need to control your sodium intake in your diet also if you are using any androgenic you have to make sure that you are also using anti-estrogen to avoid water bloating.
 
Max Id be interested in hearing how you did things, and also if you changed your training in 10 days.

A description of your long term process would be helpful too, what would you change to prevent the loss in mass?
 
how far out do you start taraxatone ? on a natural competitor ?

what are the dosings ?
