I'm bulking, but I tend to stay fairly lean so my abs may be blurred a bit but they will still be visible. 6500 - 7000 calories per day all summer.
I'll add 2 weeks of T-4 to my 5ius, then a week of T-3 with just 5 days of .04 clen plus a hit of LR3 once or twice a week. This will get me to 5% by mid may.
Switching to 500test, 200tren and 1000 primo w- some proviron for the summer.
Never done any cardio, exept suppersets or been on a diet.
Daily double. lol

Diet: Carb cycling, everyday low with a carb up e4d, unless I feel i need a carb up sooner. Usually the tell tale signs, irritable and lower energy.
Workout: 1 hour of fasted cardio every morning, 4-5 workouts a week in the afternoon depending on schedule and how I'm feeling.
supplements: selios test prop, masteron, tren ace (300mg/300mg/600mg per week). Riptropin 2iu with fasted cardio, 2iu with late afternoon or pwo.
