These worth the extra cash? If so, what brands do you recommend? I would assume you would drink these after fasted cardio, if your doing fasted cardio

If you're not intaking enough veg/greens a Greens supplement may be beneficial, yes.

Worth the money? Depends if you're already covering your bases with micronutrient intake via food/supps already. If you're looking for extra antioxidants for general health, it's a great option for that or if you don't intake greens enough obv.

Agreed! If your not eating enough veggies naturally then a supplement form my be beneficial. You can always try it for a few months and determine if its for you or not.

I use Country Farms SuperGreens. They sell it in the supplement section at Walmart, lol. It's inexpensive and it's very comparable to the more expensive brands I have use. I've been using it everyday for the last two years and will continue to stick with it. I just like to have a little extra assurance I'm getting all my antioxidants.
It's like $14.95 for 15 servings.

It should be a staple in my opinion, even of you eat some veggies. Get a good brand (organic) and get covered. I consider this one of the most important supplements to use.

Amazing grass green superfood is awesome. You can totally tell if you miss a serving. Great sense of well being from that stuff.

I eat a bag of Green Giant riced veggies a day but still supplement with Juice Plus' Orchard, Vineyard, and Garden blends. It's all the benefits of fruits and vegetables in only 15 calories for all 3.

Not bad at all. They have three flavors. Greens, Berry, and Chocolate. I've tried them all and they're not bad, the chocolate is what I prefer. It really just kind of tastes like coco powder with a slight hint of dirt and grass.

I mix one scoop in about 8oz of water and add 2tablespoons of collagen hydrolysate and kick it back. No after taste, doesn't bother me at all. I've had super greens powders that gnc sold that I had to fight to get down.
